Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's unique charm, beautiful heritage building, and fantastic location in the heart of the old city, often describing the atmosphere as delightful and full of character. Many enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and quirky decor. However, opinions on service and cleanliness are mixed, with some guests reporting issues with staff communication, unexpected charges, and areas needing more attention to detail. Value for money is a common concern, as several guests felt the price did not match the facilities or comfort provided. Steep stairs and accessibility may be challenging for some, but overall, the hotel's ambiance and location are standout features.
