Great location. Common areas need updating, odd smells throughout. Rooms are also very dated—there are stains on the marble in the bathrooms, and the shower flooded the bathroom due to poor drainage. Expected more based on price. Should be ~$100 cheaper based on actual quality.

Pros (+) Friendly staff Fancy atmosphere
Cons (-) - Juccuzzi not heated - everyone expects a tip for doing anything - bathroom door paper thin - you need to pay for wifi per KB
