Friendly & professional staff, lovely facilities especially the pool & gardens. Food in onsite restaurants was excellent. Expectations were definitely met, would recommend to others. Location was perfect for beach, bars & shops.

The exceptional staff made a memorable experience event more memorable. The quality of the facilities were by far some of the best we've experienced.
There is not a thing I would improve, every aspect of this holiday was part of an experience we'll cherish.

Perfect location to access the beach and restaurants within and outside of resort.
To have to pay to use the spa, totally understand paying extra to have treatments etc but just to access the spa should be free as most hotels with a 5 star enables you to have access to full facilities.

Beds so comfy and choice of pillows. Staff excellent. Pools wonderful. Breakfast buffet unbeatable. Gym and classes awesome. Unlimited bottles of free water.
Food is great in all restaurants but very very pricey as are all the drinks! Gym should be available for 14 years and up not 16. The guy that is in charge of that side of things is a power crazed jobsworth with small man syndrome.
