Cons (-) Room unbearably warm; opening window exposes one to seagull noise all night; and fan supplied too noisy to keep on when attempting to sleep. Carpet worn and stained. Long overdue refurbishment. Small bed size. Settee so soft it should have been thrown out years ago. Insufficient car parking and refusal to keep a space for a Gold Member.
