Although located in a bir of a noisy area, it is ideal for people who want to be close to the Foresterhill area of the University My room was frequently not cleaned - I stayed for 12 nights and paid full for each one of them, Somehow I was treated like somenone who lived in and rubbish was not collected, tea towel was left dirty for over a week and so on.

The fridge and kitchenette were ok, but not worth the price. The location and the price. My shower was broken and the rooms dont have baths.

General location was somewhat suspect, especially the car par which turned out to be the local shops. The hotel has no exterior signage to indicate it is a hotel.

Staff were rude. Food in hotel restaurant & room service was below standard I would expect - room service was cold & unappetising. Bar in hotel was not welcoming & not somewhere I would want to have a quiet drink. Requested an iron & one did not arrive, despite being told after an hour's wait, it would be left outside my room for me. Over all experience was not one I would recommend.

The bathroom was too small , compared with the size of the room. The toilet could not be used without being "burnt" by the heated towel rail next to it. I arrived late and did not have time to read the info pack, at almost all hotels in todays world, hairdryers are in rooms as standard. Having come out of the shower at 5.30am I could not believe I had to contact reception for someone to bring a hairdryer. I did not bother!!
