Everything was great in the business class. Seats 1A and 1C wouldn't recline properly. If i stood up then it did recline, even when the crew checked it he made me stand up recline it all the way and then he said "ok now you can sit" i just laughed it off.

We missed our connection due to technical issues with the plane. We were stuck in Oman Airport for 5 hours, had to overnight there, got rerouted to London, were denied boarding on the plane, were then seated separately (as a family of 5), did not receive any notification of our luggage being in London, were denied boarding for the AA flight to Chicago, and then all seated separately again. Finally our luggage was lost. Worst experience ever. Will never fly on this airline again

The crew could have offered us seats together as the flight was half empty. But overall, the service quality was good as well as the food and entertainment options. Would love to fly Oman Air again.

Smooth until we get in the plane it was so small and uncomfortable the whole flight, apparently they have Changed the plane and I don’t know what was the problem this flight is from mct to phuket - on my way back everything was perfect

Although a short regional flight, Oman Air continues to provide excellent service, and personal attention. I always find the Oman Air leg of an international flight less stressful and more personable.

The whole trip was well organised, and pleasantly executed. As with most Qatar Airways flights the staff were particularly attentive and supportive. The Q Suite was the "icing on the cake".

Staff were attentive and professional, and managed to be personable and accomodating at the same time. Oman Air has become my airline of choice.

Omar airways mishandled my baggage, it took me 2 weeks to get my baggage back. It's been delivered to someone else.

Flight was delayed and no information was provided what was new time Change gate 3 times at Madina airport First gate was 113 Second gate was 204 And last gate was 113 again

Emirates is always great experience, however, they should reopen their lounge in Istanbul. The IGA lounge is not worth it

Same problem with very poor food. Gluten free options can taste great, there is not reason to be give suboptimal meals in this situation.

The food on this flight was just terrible. I have a wheat allergy so when booking I ask for gluten free options. The food given was inedible. The bread rolls were rock hard. Once board I was given one and the only thing I could do was eat the chicken slice and piece of tomato on it. Also given was 4 small cubes of fruit, 2 watermelon and 2 pineapple and a bottle of water. My husband had a regular meal and found his very average. Then the evening meal was also disappointing! Some dried out fish with spinach and 3 sticks of dry white sweet potato. No sauce …. 😳 again, the same fruit and water. The passengers had to wait a long time for the dinner food to be served. My husband just wanted to eat and go to sleep so he was a bit annoyed about that. We got off the plane and I was feeling quite hangry. Not enough food or a good eating experience. Emirates used to be a flight we looked forward to… now we are considering looking at other companies for the future.

The flight was great. We had to purchase extra long seats for the long flight. But overall it was great.

I was traveling business purposes and I only had one carry on and a personal computer back pack . My carry on was 8.5 kg little more than allowable. At jfk airport check in they did not let me carry it . I was little disappointed.

The entertainment selections are amazing. But the live TV is sometimes spotty. If you’re going to have it, then have it. If you can’t make it consistent, then, perhaps it’s better not to have it. The crew are always cordial when approached, but they seem to do the minimum and sit around, talking to each other in the back of the plane during the flight. I realize that delays are not always predictable, but I missed my flight in Dubai because we left 90 minutes late from Washington. I will say that Emirates took very good care of me in Dubai. But I would rather not be delayed.

More space all around is practically essential on long international fights, and Emirates definitely delivers. But food selection and taste was only average. Otherwise, the flight was smooth and the cabin crew service was fine.

Overall emirates continues to amaze me with their. Awesome service . I had shifted away from emirates , because I lost luggage and watch in emirates in 2019 that drifted me away from this airline , but I am willing to give it try

They made us deliberate waste time by holding our passports and boarding passes making us miss the flight

It was a really long flight from Doha to Philadelphia and it was overall a good one. The one area that I would comment on is that there is a lot of single-use plastic and disposables in the meal service for American Airlines. It would be great to see more circular options in the meal service to reduce the amount of waste.

To many ads. 3 or 4 between each movie. All repetitive, all related to Doha which I was just passing thru.

The crew was great and the food and liquor offerings were good. Seats were a bit cramped. Flight arrived early at destination. That's a plus.

Just money making business. This was my fourth journey with Qatar Airways, year by year the quality of service getting poor. Food is very cheap. They have some low quality alcohol beverages. They don’t have any brandy or cognac. No toilet around the gate lounge. We have to wait until getting to the flight for use toilet.very long standing for entering into the flight. We can see the old passenger suffering.

Qatar Airlines code share with Indigo has been a terrible experience for me on these notes: 1. Indigo changed by flight without informing me of the change, they did not ask me if I am okay with the change. I discovered this change when I was trying to do online check-in through the Qatar mobile app. When I called Qatar customer support, they mentioned Indigo changed my flight due to the original flight being cancelled, but the fact is that flight was scheduled and departed correctly, it was never cancelled. 2. When asked why my flight was changed without informing me, they mentioned that they sent email/phone call to my travel agent, and it is was my travel agent that did not inform me, which again was another false statement. 3. I called Qatar Airlines (third call on the day of my trip) to request them to put me back on the same flight, they mentioned that they could for an extra $2500, as the original class I was booked on was not available, we are still talking economy only not business class, I said no way. 4. I called the travel agent, and they mentioned that they will work with Indigo and asked me to be prepared to travel on the later flight I was bumped to. While I was making my hotel/taxi arrangements for the new flight, I got a call and email saying they were able to get me on the original flight with no extra cost. So, after 2+ hours of talking to customer support, and a lot of stress on my last day of vacation, I flew back as originally scheduled, but this nightmare is just a horrible experience that I will never fly on Indigo/Qatar again. Check-in staff were not very pleasing and sounded to be rude, even though I hold a platinum membership. The aircraft is brand new and good. As it's a short flight no other comments.

Just snacks, could have more options.boarding was good. Everything else was good.
