Only problem we experienced was not anything to do with Lufthansa. When changing planes in Frankfurt we spent over an hour on passport control line. Lufthansa did a marvelous job on everything from keeping me informed via texts, to terrific cabin crew.

The flight and crew was above average. However, there was a two hour delay.
Already stated....flights were fine. Late luggage a disappointment and failure my Lufthansa to get my bag delivered in a timely fashion.
Hated every minute of it. Delayed for over 10 hours only to have to cancel rental car, car insurance and hotel. Its taken me 3days to get to my final destination when it should have only taken 12-14 hours. Very unhappy with Lufthansa.
We were helped whenever needed and had a pleasant flight.
So far so good. I missed my flight because of the Lufthansa diversion. United helped me to figure out how to get accommodations from Lufthansa for my long layover. They help me book appropriate onward flight.
Never flown with LH before so all in all wasba good experience. Also good to know that approx 24hrs prior the flight opens up for being able to organise the seating free.
All flights cancelled with no way to reach the airline
Very poor, flight cancelled, no help from Lufthansa customer service.
Like: On-time performance Dislikes: Old aircraft with faded paint (A330), no WiFi availability, dismal food (dinner was a very poor selection, while "breakfast" was a joke!)
