Me and my family arrived after an overnight ferry from Athens. We got there around 8am in the morning to be told our room was double booked and we had nowhere to stay. The owner came and tried to resolve it however he was the rudest man we have ever met he ended up telling us we have to go and find somewhere else and gave us our money back. We had a 2 year old and an 8 month old baby and where told to find somewhere else. We had booked here for 20 days !!! It was peak season and we where stuck. Luckily we found another apartment after hours of searching that day. The place was very dated anyways the place looks nothing like the pictures, the woman who worked on reception said the pictures where taking many years ago when it first opened. The pool area was very run down, we found it a blessing that the room was double booked as we stayed somewhere a lot nicer than this.

The only good thing about the place is the location and swimming pool.

The room photos do not match at all with the booked one room, for the triple room with the window is shown the family room, what's could confuse you! The internet, the WIFI, has 3 different access and not any working at all, all the time we stay, very rarely we had successful connection with the internet speed less than 1Mbit/s, nowadays it's unacceptable. The air-conditioner cost additionally not 6€ as written on the booking, but 7€, of course, it's not a big deal, but another mismatching, just FYI. There are several umbrellas near the swimming pools, and all of them are broken, and staff isn't taken care of at all! The front door to the room creaked horribly every time it was opened! The bathroom door does not lock with the key! The condition of the shower room is very poor, 2 small bars of soap were in the shower room when we checked in.

Clean and comfortable rooms, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay !! P.S the pool was so much fun.
