The staff was very nice and attentive. We were not prepared for frost in the morning and tried to clean the windows of the car mit credit cards. One of the staff must have noticed and brought warm water to clear the windows. Thanks again.
Easy to find, good parking, lovely ceramic light shades. Appreciate it that the hotel is dog friendly- thank you. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the young lady at the reception. If it hadn’t been for the staff I would have rated it even lower
The room was very small; it had a musty smell about it. Being asthmatic I had to keep the window open letting in fresh air but also the sound of traffic from the road that runs right past the hotel; I felt very cold during the night and didn’t really get much rest. Did not like anything, not that clean, room was next to the highway, breakfast was not good.
Excellent value. Great room, quite location. Florence accessible by car. Good buffet breakfast. Excellent restaurant across the road and good local trattoria just down the road.
The hotel is a good option if you have a car. The staff were very helpful and showed me where I could park for free when visiting Florence. However, the breakfast was quite poor — there wasn’t much variety and only a few items on the table. Overall, it’s a convenient place to stay
Breakfast was very bad. There was not enough food to eat and very little variety.
Everything was beautiful and the staff very helpful. We didn't have a car for the vehicle and the taxi service or ubers don't go that way. Lucky we found 1 that would take us so we could sleep. We talked to front desk and we had to get another room closer to town. The male ( in so sorry I don't remember his name ) was very nice and brought us back to town once his shift ended.

We stopped for one night at this hotel while traveling through Italy from north to south during our vacation. We liked that the hotel was close to the highway, in a very beautiful area of Tuscany. The rooms were quite good, and the photos shown on the website reflected reality. What we didn’t enjoy was the breakfast. It was quite poor. When you visit Italy—a country so famous for its food—you expect to enjoy a nice breakfast, but unfortunately this was not the case here. At least the coffee was good.Read more
Very friendly reception. Nice rooms with a kind of garden outside. Very comfortable. Nice breakfast. Parking directly in front of the hotel without additional costs.
Manager and staff were wonderful. They sought that we had secure parking for our cherished car, as well as being so helpful throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Great room location with a fab view and facilities were great. We used the gym. Adequate to maintain fitness. Breakfast had a great variety.
