Pros (+) I called the hotel before we go there, and ask to add breakfast. He (maltese man) told ne to add 12€ per night per person, thats ok we agree. But when we arrived there wan i think an italian lady, and she told me me pay more than 12€!!!! We had to pay, the staff is not undersanding and the receptionist the most not understanding.

Pros (+) The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast excellent. Plus the staff were helpful and pleasant. The view over the sea towards Malta.

Pros (+) Fast prompt communication with hotel. We had to change dates due to weather but they were understanding and did the change for us. They were great

Pros (+) The reception staff. Emma Vella and Lindsey Clizia were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and the facilities around the hotel were outstanding.

Pros (+) Wonderful open views of the bay, the harbour and the infinity pool! Spacious room with balcony. Enough space to do my daily exercises. Very comfortable beds, kettle for tea and coffee, little fridge in the room. Sit down service at dinner time went well though somewhat slow. Problem with door jamming was solved quickly and efficiently.

Cons (-) No landline in the room although there was a telephone! Toilet was draining sluggishly, requiring a number of flushes. Somewhat complicated way to get to our room if you are to use the lifts.
