Breakfasts fine Check-in fine, pleasant manager Evening dining room staff lovely and friendly.

No lift to upper floors. Stairs steep with inadequate banister support- it ran out before the top! Torn bedroom curtain. Hand towel clean but had a torn 50p-sized hole in it Wardrobe handle became detached on first use. Shower worked fine on day one but after that only produced cold water.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. Whilst out and about I suffered a minor injury. When I returned to the hotel they were very kind and made sure I was ok. The room had everything I needed. There was a good choice for breakfast and evening food. A great, central location.

Reasonably priced and a short walk from promenade, town and transport. Good choice of breakfast and evening meals. Friendly staff.

Clean large rooms with seating areas and fridge/tea and coffee and views of the harbour. Friendly staff

Option of an earlier light breakfast for guests leaving on the early flights would add value . Can I suggest offering cereal/ fruit/ milk in a jug for the room as fridges are available and maybe yogurts could be an option
