Pros (+) This was our third visit to the hotel. The facilities were excellent and the staff were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. We arrived on a Sunday and had a minor issue with an air-conditioning leak over the toilet, but it was sorted the following day. The pool area was exceptionally clean and well-looked after. Pros (+) Friendly staff, great swimming pool, nice little in-room kitchen facility, great for kids, public areas clean and fresh, sea view is lovely
Cons (-) Derelict buildings across the road somewhat spoil the location on arrival and not a nice view from hotel room unless you book a more expensive sea view room. Corridors look a little shabby and could do with a refresh.

Pros (+) Great for kids, everyone is very welcoming and a special mention to Jill on reception that was very helpful with places to visit and organising taxis.
Cons (-) It is a bit dated and expensive to go to in August, but I would imagine off peak prices are much more reasonable.

Pros (+) Pool area was lovely
Cons (-) First room didn’t have a balcony and had to pay 50 euros per night to move, 2nd room air conditioning didn’t work, 3rd room was slightly better but everyone you opened balcony door air con went up to 26 degrees and you had to adjust it again which was annoying, reception staff not the frendlist either.
