So close to the checkpoint charlie and the surrounding areas. Nearby the metro stations. The room is clean and comfortable, the shower runs smoothly. They provide free amenities and luggage storage cabinets. They helped us to check in early without extra charge.
The room is a bit small for a family of three but is ok for two people. There were mosquitoes when we wanted to open the window for some fresh air. The AC is a little hard to manage.

I ordered the vegan breakfast but got the gluten free one 2x. Had to call for 1 hour to finally get someone who wanted to help me. Was promised a refund but never received it and was ghosted.

The room was very nice and clean. The location was close to the Charlie checkpoint. They were pet-friendly, and the breakfast package was tasty.

Convenient location of the hotel. Many historical monuments within walking distance. Check-in is online, but everything is simple, convenient and fast. The room has everything you need: dishes, kettle, microwave, coffee maker with coffee, tea, water. In the bathroom - hairdryer, shampoo, air conditioner. The windows in the room faced the inside of the hotel, so it was very quiet.

Amazing location, clean and pretty rooms
Be aware that this is a 100% digital "hotel": no physical reception, no personal. I did not pay attention to this when I read "reception 24/7". If you have a question, you have a whatsapp number and a bot answers you.... Not very friendly. There is no breakfast room: they order something in the neighborhood and deliver it to your room.
