The newly renovated spa/pool area
The fact that I requested for a non smoking room and was given a room on the lowest ''dogs allowed'' smoking floor. Also had requested a doublebed was given two beds pushed together. Identified myself as fellow hotelier - no courtesies extended and a reservation thru booking.com obviously qualifies for the poorets standard room in a resort with very low occupancies - wrong approach!
