Under no circumstances if you visit Wisconsin dells do you book with Mt Olympus resorts. We are waiting on room number 5! Despite my calling when I booked to let them know we need handicap access for my mom either first floor or an elevator- the First room was on the second floor in a building with no elevator. Pros (+) Nice hotel. Service was great. Loved having the courtyard and all services available at one location. Food drink and coffee. Ample parking. Quiet
Cons (-) Bad lighting when entering the room, only switches for the doorway area. As I went into the room to turn on more lights Fell down the stairs in the room and twisted my ankle. ROOM HAS TWO LEVELS AND DUE TO LIGHTING DIDNT SEE THE STAIRS Nice feature but it's a safety hazard. Restautaunt area has the same thing.
