Parking area needs to be shared with the downstairs permanent tenant. There is no guest access to the garage. *Security Cameras: There is an external camera set up at the front of the property for security purposes. Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels. Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate. STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups.
