Pros (+) Close to beach and downtown. Coffee, hairdryer, tv, cups, washcloths, tissues etc. Cute interior. Friendly service. Just the right size for myself. Cozy place.
Cons (-) The smell of mildew is overwhelming until you have the heater on for a while. Could just be a beach thing. There is barely counter space in the bathroom and the old metal stand up shower needs to be refinished or replaced. I could hear the exact moment my neighbors woke up and coughed. Bring earplugs.
