Pros (+) Not much...fresh baked cookies in the lobby every afternoon.....that's about it....won't stay here again.
Cons (-) Customer service was lacking at front counter. Not friendly or welcoming at all. Breakfast was a joke and horrible. Doors to the rooms would slam everytime they closed, so every night and morning when you are trying to sleep you would hear doors slamming. Pathetic flaw!

Cons (-) Quit turning off the air conditioner in middle of night!!!!!!! Woke up at 2:30 hot. Air did not really come back on until 5:30 or 6:00. This REALLY detracts from quality of our stay.
