Pros (+) We were in Phuket for 3 days - spent 2 at one hotel and 1 at Sleep With Me. We ended up leaving the first hotel because this hotel is right by Bangla Road and all the other cool places and we were so happy with our decision! The decor is cool, the rooftop pool has a nice bar/ restaurant next to it so that was nice.. and the staff was SUPER nice!
Cons (-) However, the hotel is starting to look a bit old - it was raining and there was a huge puddle/ leak by the elevators and we saw two cockroaches.

Pros (+) The room was clean and spacious and the facility seems higher in quality than the price would indicated
Cons (-) The staff seems untrustworthy. You have to put down a 2000 Baht (or 100 dollar) cash deposit when you check in. When I was checking out, the staff claimed that I had not put down a cash deposit and that I had used a credit card. When I showed them my receipt for the deposit, they magically "found" the record of my deposit and gave me my money back. There's also a tour/travel coordinator who has a ...
