Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews highlight significant dissatisfaction with cleanliness, with many citing unclean rooms, bathrooms, and linens, as well as unpleasant odors. Service is frequently described as unhelpful or rude, though a few guests noted polite or helpful staff members. The hotel's location is generally considered convenient, but this does not outweigh the negative experiences. Breakfast and value for price are also criticized, with guests finding the breakfast limited or cold and the overall experience not worth the cost. Overall, the hotel struggles with maintenance, hygiene, and service quality, leading to mostly negative impressions.
