Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's cleanliness, spacious rooms, and the quality of the buffet and breakfast. The pools and beach access are highlighted as standout features, and the location is considered excellent by many. However, there are repeated complaints about the service, particularly at reception, with several guests describing staff as unprofessional or unhelpful. Some also mention issues with outdated facilities, air conditioning, and the management of pool loungers. Overall, while the amenities and food are well-liked, improvements in customer service are needed to meet five-star expectations.
