Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, close to the beach and city attractions, as a major positive. Many also appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, with several reviews noting good service and flexibility with check-in and luggage storage. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness, with issues such as musty smells, old linens, and poor maintenance. Bathrooms are often described as small, uncomfortable, or lacking hot water. Bed comfort is another area of concern, with some guests finding mattresses thin or in poor condition. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and service, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, bathroom facilities, and bedding.
