The receptionists, at check-in and at check-out, were very friendly and helpful. The room and its bathroom were very clean! Beds were nice and comfortable. We also enjoyed breakfast with plenty of coffee.
As it did not inconvenience us, or gross us out, the following issues were not a deal breaker but should be addressed: The curtain was all crinkled and some of the hangers had come loose so it hung poorly on the rail, a foot board behind the door had come lose, the lock to the room was a bit tricky, the safe and the phone didn't seem to work properly.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, hotel situated in a busy street, was rather noisy on the Saturday night with a nite club situated nearby. Great for access to Christmas markets.
