Didnt have breakfast. Convenient location for us to inner city. Clean and tidy. Receptionist friendly
Parking was terrible with little room to park or turn. No room outside of motel to park. Worn couch needs replacing. Comfortable room but this would give a better feel when first entering the room.
Friendly reception, good parking, ideal location for my business needs.
A little difficult to drive in off Papanui Rd, and maybe lighting the motel sign would help finding the motel when driving - both minor matters though
Did not have breakfast. Bed was comfortable. Although outdated, the shower was great
was freezing cold on arrival, we arrived at the time we previously notified the operators, but they hadnt bothered to put heating on to warm up the unit for us. The heaters appeared to have been tampered with, limiting the heat output. Mildew in toilet as per pictures, bottom drawer in kitchen broken, the microwave was sitting on a cheap chipboard stand, poorly painted, Tv remote difficult to operate, touch buttons very sluggish, prob contacts worn out or had liquid spillage inside it. Electric blanket only working on left hand side. When we went out during the day, they must have come in and turned off the heaters and opened the windows wide, on return, wellcomed with a freezing gale blowing through
The main room was clean and functional.
The bathroom skirting looked dirty and the ceiling looked mildewy. It was a bit strange having the vanity unit in the main room. The key stuck in the door and it was hard to lock. There was only two sports channels.
