We were upgraded due to an unavoidable circumstance. This was explained by the lovely lady on reception who was very welcoming and helpful.

Very comfy bed with ?woollen underlay Staff happy for us to arrive really late Heater was on and room cosy. We left a watch in the room and the staff promptly phoned us to call back and collect. Very handy location.
There were 3 of us staying but only 2 towels and flannels in the room. We just shared so all ok.
