The room was well laid out and exceptionally clean. The check in was easy and the lovely lady gave us some really good hints on what and where to go. The outdoor patio area was a surprise, so clean and tidy,

The rooms are well-appointed with excellent kitchens and bathrooms that have recently been renovated. The shower is great, plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The rooms are a generous size and the decor is great. The owner is friendly and works hard to ensure the property is in top condition.
We have stayed here twice and both times noticed the road noise. It is my only real complaint about the property which is otherwise excellent. The noise impacts the quality of sleep which is reflected in the Comfort and Location scores I have given. Unfortunately, there is not much the owner can do about the traffic noise.

Room looked brand new and was very well appointed
The stairs were incredibly narrow to the room (there were 2 rooms at the top of the stairs). A bit awkward with suitcases. The room next door's sink was right behind my bed. When they turned the water on, it was incredibly loud! Woke me up a few times.
