Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's prime location across from Wrigley Field, making it ideal for events and sightseeing. Many appreciated the views, clean rooms, and some positive staff interactions. However, several guests were disappointed by the high prices, inconsistent service, and lack of in-room amenities like refrigerators and coffee makers. Noise and occasional delays at check-in were also mentioned, but the location remained the highlight for most visitors.AI-generated from customer reviews
