The staff is really lovely, and the areas are pretty clean
Internet is not working at the rooms, and the breakfast is really poor
The location is near to the Birmingham Coach Station and just 5 minutes walking to the shopping center. The staff Motta was very friendly and helpful because i asked him to help me insert a new UK simcard for my Iphone, he did so well and i have no problems at all with my communications and internet. The Bar for breakfast so cozy and the single room was perfect.
£20 a night on weekend in 6-bed female dorm - you get what you pay for. Bedroom needs updating with new beds, mattresses and pillows. Clean bathroom but only 2 toilets and 1 shower to share on the floor with several rooms, also no hot water in the tap. Kitchen facilities available. Who I believe was the manager was very professional and staff dealt with the disruptive group of girls that woke up the entire hostel at 4am.
The checkout - staff member not showing any interest, no asking how was the stay etc. A building next door had a loud party going on past 4am.
