Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's outstanding location between the sea and river, highlighting its beautiful beachfront, relaxing atmosphere, and access to water activities. However, many reviewers express strong dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms, describing them as dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained. Service is frequently criticized for being slow, unhelpful, or unfriendly, with issues such as delayed check-ins and unresponsive staff. Breakfast and food quality receive mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying the variety and taste, while others find it disappointing and lacking in hygiene. Room size and comfort are also noted as below expectations, with several mentions of small, cramped, and old rooms. Overall, while the location is a major draw, significant improvements in cleanliness, service, and room quality are needed.
