Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Orion Mall and Manipal Hospital, making it very convenient for shopping and access to amenities. The staff are frequently described as friendly, professional, and attentive, with several guests highlighting exceptional service and support. The breakfast and food variety receive positive remarks, as do the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. However, some guests feel the hotel is overpriced and mention issues with value for money, busy staff, elevator wait times, and occasional noise disturbances. Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives, with location and service standing out.
