Friendly staff. Obliging & found a better room for us when the first was not suitable. Smiling & polite.
Disappointing start as the first room we were allocated had not been cleaned properly since the last guests left. Also the early morning wake up call requested did not occur. Also a long wet walk in the rain & dark from the rooms at the back to get to the office area for early morning shuttle bus run to airport.
