They had no cars I had to take an electric car it felt like it was bait and switch. I’ve never used an electric vehicle and no one showed me how to do it. My original reservation through Kayak was for a Hertz 20 minutes away from the airport. We changed out the reservation upon arrival because the original reservation was not convenient. The Hertz located at the airport was more expensive but well worth avoiding the hassle of an offsite location.Reviewed 1 Nov 2022

I did not want to have to take an Uber from the San Diego Airport to get my rental car at the Mexican border. This was costly. Further I did not have time to drop off at same location nor did I want to pay for another Uber fare. That the vehicle was not at the San Diego Airport rental car location was not clearly made known. This rental cost me an additional $120.00. Finally, the rental car had Mexican plates so when I dropped the car off at the San Diego airport, I could not obtain a receipt. Hence, I cannot fill out my expense report to be reimbursed for all expenses incurred in one week trip to California.Reviewed 28 Oct 2022
