Your web site tried to charge me $90 for aisle seat, do you agree that this is a big joke or what? I have decided no use your company any more. Not sure why a great airlines like Singapore Airlines would partner with your company???
Our flight to Bali was cancelled due to the volcano eruption. We did not receive any compensation, but Singapore/Silk Airlines told us they were able to get us a flight home to LAX instead, but that it wouldn't be until the next day. We spent money on a hotel and food and waited until the next morning, got to the airport early for check in only to find that Singapore/Silk had in fact, given up our seats that they had promised us. They said that we now would have to wait another day just to get a flight from Singapore to LAX. We asked to speak with a manager, and eventually were able to get two seats due to cancellations. This was intended to be a very special and romantic trip that was essentially ruined. Since no one could have anticipated that the volcano would cause cancellation, we should be refunded for our flights. We are so crushed that we did not get to go to Bali, and now we may NEVER get to go because we are out of money. At the VERY least, the leg of our flights from Singapore to Bali, and Bali to Singapore, should be refunded. We are extremely disappointed.
The people were excellent.
I had planned to check an extra piece of luggage, gifts and purchases for church needs. They wanted to charge me $3,655(!!!) for that. Absurd. I had to leave the suitcase behind. I will probably fly on a different airline whenever I go to Russia now.

The service is great. The food good. The seats are standard sleeper seats, so also good.
the wine selection was not so good. They could do much better with the wine. It’s not the cost it’s the selection. For the same price range they could have better tasting wine.
Big screen. Full soda cans. Not too cold. Space for legs
Bags were not checked through to Cebu because of the 10+ hr layover. Had to go out to arrival area to follow up on bag transfer. Korean Air wouldnt issue my boarding pass for my INC to CEB flight at LAX so I have to get in line again at the Korean Air check- in counter in INC then was told to go to Jin Air since it was operated by them. Jin Air wouldn't issue a boarding pass because my flight was at 8 AM the following day. I ended up sleeping at the predept area until the counter opened.
Food, would of liked snacks or dessert.

Checking in, issuing boarding passs was very slow. Maybe it has nothing to do with QA.
Crew courtesy, exceptional service
Good, drinks, service and entertainment system.
There were a lot if security checks but the boarding crew was very helpful and let me check in a bag at rhe last minute with duty free shopping items that i would not have been able to carry with me on-board the airplane.
No internet and the food was mediocre at best.
