Scores according to KAYAK customer reviews
Pros: "Fast boarding. Early arrival. Comfortable seat."
Cons: "I had to ask 3 times for an arrival card from the crew. Bread was dry. There should have been a breakfast served prior to landing, but no food service after 1 a.m. though flight arrived at 7:40 a.m. Timing of meals was not convenient for me at all. They wake you up at 1 a.m. for your main dinner. I would have preferred to sleep until 5 a.m. then have a good breakfast. The amenity kit in Business Class was substandard when compared to other airlines"
Pros: "SQ always has the best looking flight attendants"
Cons: "On time would be better."
Cons: "20 min late but acceptable for a 15 hr flight"
Pros: "Helpful with our 2 year old"
Cons: "Baby change area is very small"
Pros: "Same as above on SIN-BKK"
Cons: "Next time in B787 Dreamliner"
Cons: "Luggages did not arrive with the flight as it should be. It got lost in Sydney from Queenstown on flight SQ 6683 operated by Virgin Australia (VA 162)."
Pros: "Crew were very good. Cabin was also much better than Qantas premium economy cabin."
Cons: "Had premium economy seat. Not the most comfortable on the tailbone for some reason."
Cons: "5 crying babies on a red eye. Don’t know if that can be prevented."
Pros: "Okay in general, nothing impressive"
Cons: "Food certainly need improvement, lacking in attention to ensure food quality. Crews need proper training in customer service."
Pros: "Handset to control screen didn’t work. Airline reimbursed me with $75 voucher for inflight duty-free shop."
Cons: "Aircrew took my carry on away while I was waiting to board saying it was too large; left me without the essential items I wanted during the 19.5 hours in the air and two plane changes. Other people were allowed to keep carry ons bigger than mine so I don't understand why they did this."
Pros: "(Previous PE comparisons: Turkish AL, Air NZ, SAS) Ease of check-in, on-time dep/arr, crew attention and responsiveness, seating within the range to be expected of this class."
Cons: "Plane condition: Cosmetic plastic panel below monitor and seat back pocket on Seat 31E fell off when foot rest was lowered; had previously been secured by adhesive tape. Panel removed by crew. In-flight entertainment system: Persistent intermittent loss of sound while listening to movie or TV program. Food: Tried to use "Book the Cook" feature touted by Singapore's website. Was unable to get on site for that purpose. The last try a message appeared (late September) that site was being "rebuilt." On the flight, there was no menu of choices; we were offered 3 vaguely worded choices which boiled down to beef, chicken or vegetables. Those appeared in not particularly appetizing forms and combinations--P.S., we like east and southeast Asian cooking and had just spent 3 weeks in Japan. Failure to provide information about possible delays due to WRG deplaning location at LAX: Although we are frequent fliers to and from LAX, we'd never heard of the WRG. It would have been helpful if the crew had informed us upon arrival that there could possibly be a wait on the plane as buses were used to transport us approximately 1/2 mile to TBIT. Generally: We chose Singapore because of its reputation for excellence. Belying the name of the class, both Turkish AL and Air NZ treated Premium Economy passengers as "junior" business class. Singapore treated us as coach with a roomier cabin and seating pitch."
Pros: "The staff is amazing and know what parents of bubs need."
Pros: "Friendly Staff. Very nice Meet and Greet Comfortable travel. Meals were tasty."
Pros: "Great service and very very comfy"
Pros: "In general it was all very good - I flew Premium Economy but I didn’t see much difference at all between that and Economy. There was a bit more leg room but that was about it, Having said that Singapore Airlines overall is pretty good - toilets kept nice and clean and everyone well taken care of."
Pros: "Short flight"
Pros: "So good to get on a flight where I can fit in the seats..."
Pros: "Spacious and clean"
Cons: "Crew wasn’t attentive. Brought wrong order, forgot order, walked by hurriedly and hit passengers. Empty sauce on the Tray- when asked said it was for presentation!"
Pros: "Spacious seats. Lovely food. Wonderful crew. Smooth flight."
Cons: "Interior felt dated given all the awards the SQ has received for its planes and service, but everything was functional. Overlooking the interior, flight was superb. Very happy."
Pros: "The flight attendants were amazing."
Pros: "I like everything about Singapore airline service."
Pros: "Amazing, amazing service! Great food (including Hagen Daaz ice cream) and good choice of beverages. Lots of different entertainment choices. VERY clean and well maintained aircraft. Staff is always friendly and happy...they really seem to absolutely love their job! Free toiletries in the bathrooms are an extra plus. Whenever there was a change in schedule / plans the captain informed the passengers immediately about what was going on and what would happen next."
Cons: "The only thing that did and probably always will be AWFUL is going thru security at JFK. The T S A officials there are unfriendly, sometimes rude, never smiling and often yelling at you or even little kids or elderly people. We are travelling a lot and no other security staff at any given airport is so unfriendly and harsh. Worst thing about going on a journey."
Pros: "The crew on this flight we amazing had a great flight Thank You"
Pros: "The service from the Singapore Airlines is always impeccable. The food is delicious. The business class seat is spacious and wider than all the US airlines. There are plenty storage space in your seat space. The entertainment system has many choices and has a lot new release movies and shows."
Cons: "Unfortunately, the ride on Boeing 777 is not as smooth as the Airbus'. The noise in the cabin is louder. The seat is comfortable but the bed is not. First, the flat bed is not transformed by a button and it needs a physical person to flip it over. The mat is thin and I can feel some hard edges while lying down. The noise from the engine transmits to the bed and it is hard to sleep even with the noise cancellation headphone."
Pros: "Liked the service"
Cons: "Nothing special."
Pros: "Modern Aircraft , good seat ,Crew friendliness"
Pros: "Everyone was cold asking for blankets it was freezing on that plane only major complaint, I love the airlines, the flight attendants are lovely and gracious, they really do try. Such a nice treat after flying United airlines all year!"

Pros: "Very friendly crew & modern aircraft"
Pros: "Had good experience on Bangalore sfo return journey. In particular your ground staff and aboard the flight were so warm and receptive. Only thing is that seating in the economy class could a little more better. Thnx SA"
Pros: "Upgraded to biz class, which was fantastic"
Cons: "poor ground and inflight crews hospitality poor food quality poor food variation"
Pros: "We had the BEST FEMALE flight attendants, they were soooo helpful and one of them came and wrote down my kids' names so she can call them by their names, and they got to choose the food and got theirs early so I was able to help them before mine arrived which was super thoughtful! Food option was pretty good and lots of shows and movies to choose from. Getting ice cream was such a treat for my kids!"
Cons: "The male flight attendants were kind of annoying, they were trying to be funny but didn't work so they just came off arrogant and annoying!"
Pros: "Leg room in economy is good, even for tall people. Food was actually quite good."
Cons: "Two of our family's seats would not recline, although they were not near an exit row."
Pros: "Always great and efficient service. Comfortable despite the limitations of the plane itself (don't particularly like Airbus planes)."
Cons: "Wish the food could have been better and the choice for dessert wider."
Pros: "Spacious, comfortable seat"
Pros: "Movie selection, very helpful crew and good quality food."
Pros: "Service, food and staff were great."
Cons: "Aircraft was dated and in desperate need of a refurb"
