Unconfortable beds, very loud, thin walls
It was shabby...minimal facilities. Mould growing om the wall. I felt like i was entering the underworld of a seedy brothel. The lady on reception was extremely rude and angry.
Not much to commend this property. It is intended for transient workmen or backpackers without a budget, but priced as a 2-3 star hotel
Parking around 200 m away and about twice the cost mentioned on-line The staff were unhelpful. Language is a problem, but they did not want to speak in Spanish to the automatic translation system either. You climb two flights of poorly lit stone stairs. In the morning this was littered with dirty laundry. The room was tiny, not as pictured. No window in the bedroom. The bathroom was so small that it was not possible to sit straight on the lavatory as the sink was in the way.
Your staffs should be able to speaking English and required kindness.
Staff were lovely and happy to help. Location far enough from the centre of the festivities but not too far! Went to Zaragoza to learn about spanish culture. It was delivered in truck loads! The Fiesta de la Pilar was amazing. We also took in the Museo del fuego y bomberos. We will definitely be back.
Walls of the rooms were paper thin! Could hear neighbouring guests. Have to assume they had to put up with the snoring also!
