Pros: Crew were very nice and accommodating. Chocolate always appreciated!

Cons: The passenger in front of me slammed into my knees. I am very tall. She was not but she sure got her seat back as far as possible in spite of having he bulkhead sear, so I had to be careful of my position the rest of the flight

Pros: Free food, relatively spacious

Cons: more food!!! REEE!!!

Cons: Food was served warm. Perhaps the menu could be better, but it wasn’t bad.

Pros: Amazing crew, great customer service and high level quality plane, despite only 1 hr travel, they served small breakfast and chocolate

Cons: Despite the fact I bought my tickets with 1 hand luggage + 1 personal item, they forced me to dispatch my hand luggage stating flight was full, I refused and they said they could not allow me to board. Felt my rights violated, I HATE to dispatch luggage... and in the end there was space left on the airplane luggage storage areas. Not nice

Pros: Fast boarding. Early arrival. Comfortable seat.

Cons: I had to ask 3 times for an arrival card from the crew. Bread was dry. There should have been a breakfast served prior to landing, but no food service after 1 a.m. though flight arrived at 7:40 a.m. Timing of meals was not convenient for me at all. They wake you up at 1 a.m. for your main dinner. I would have preferred to sleep until 5 a.m. then have a good breakfast. The amenity kit in Business Class was substandard when compared to other airlines
