    Never responded to emails cancelled stay!

    On multiple occasions I email hotel in advance of trip and they never responded. I even called Best Wesrern's 800 number who confirmed I was using correct email and that my reservation was in the system. ALL other hotels in Poland and Wroclaw communicated with me. I refused to risk a late night arrival to a Hotel that does not respond to guests or traveler comments on Trip Advisor. We did stay at Puro Hotel and loved it.
