Price, size, location
Outdated, dirty, musty hallways, falling apart, a lot of staff didn't speak English. Pictures do not match the waterpark. Instead of fixing things they just fill in old pools.
Good for the price we paid
Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and seemed efficient. I liked that there were 2 indoor areas for water play in addition to the outdoor water park, especially since it was too windy and cold when we were there.
The beds were hard and the room style was dated. The towels in the bedrooms and pool area were small and very scratchy.
Nice people - old rooms
Staff was very courteous even though they did give us didn’t work the first time
Order room with an airplane and windows that Didn’t completely close
Cheap, friendly staff. The updated part looked like it might be better.
We were put in the "old" part they hadn't started to update yet. Broken tub spout, painful springs in mattress, hole in the wall, burns in the carpet and stains everywhere!
Not a 3 star Dells Resort
Location off highway is convenient, and staff was friendly. We stayed for the low room rate, but quickly found out why when we arrived. This is not a 3 star Dells resort; more of a 1 or 2 star budget/value hotel.
The resort is old and outdated with subpar facilities and amenities. Our room was dirty/grimy (e.g., popcorn pieces still on the floor from a previous guest), and was not stocked with bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. This is not a 3 star Dells resort.
One of the queen beds was severly dipped in the center making it horrible to sleep in. There also appeared to be mik
You're going to be fine
Really good price from Kayak, which made our first time at the Dells rather enjoyable. Basic amenities compensated for, which is perfect when exploring the Dells. The most important spots of the indoor pool area were usable, which is perfect for bad weather.
The resort was going through some renovations at the time, which robbed us the sports bar, half of the arcade, and a third of the park under repairs. No continental breakfast, and management was a little disorganized while we were there.
Short family stay
Indoor water activities were nice for our young children(ages 4, 3, and 1). Price was reasonable and staff was friendly. Also, the location was nice being away from the strip.
Hotel is outdated and needs numerous renovations. Many of the outdoor water areas for young children were not open as they were being renovated. Beds were uncomfortable.
Location was great and the staff was very nice.
The rooms were older and the bathroom wasn't so clean. The beds were uncomfortable but we only stayed for one night so it was fine.
The location was perfect-close to the main strip without having to be right on it. It was a little tired looking but for the price since we weren't spending much time there anyway it was good.
The hotel does look a little run down. The inside pool the one night we tried to use it was crowded (as outdoor pools and indoor watermark close at I think 9) and was very dirty, couldn't even see the bottom...
