Pros: The flight was a great value for the price and the staff was amazing and attentive.

Cons: The vegetarian meals were pretty bad and I felt like the entertainment selection wasn’t great.

Pros: On time, early.

Cons: Comfort. Too tight Food. Mediocre in economy

Cons: Check-in was poorly organized in Narita. Bag Drop off only took longer than regular check-in

Cons: The entertainment system constantly plays media you can't control during the full takeoff and landing times, you can't even turn off the screen. This was particularly annoying during a nighttime landing. Also most of the movies had their content edited.

Pros: Never got on the plane due to weather restrictions in the connecting flight prior to this flight. Called SWISS customer service on a Russian line, were told to get a paper from another Russian airport that no flights were leaving the city. Did that. when arrived to Moscow no SWISS customer representatives were at the stations and had to end up buying a completely new ticket to get home.

Cons: Have customer service representative available at the airport 24/7 knowing that some people arrive from all parts of the country.

Pros: Delay was for 30 min

Pros: The crew was very lazy and not professional

Cons: Don't stop demanding from the crew

Cons: Food and entertainment cud be better

Pros: Crews and their messages sounded nice but some parts sounded like it was little too much for normal passengers.; somewhat threatening or too warning ..?

Cons: Transit should be guided better, especially if it involves terminal change. It was difficult to pickup and send the luggages as well. The airport terminals were way too hectic. It was hard to find ground staffs.

Pros: Korean Air is the best. Hands down.

Cons: Movie selection was poor.

Pros: The crew was amazing. The seats were good. I was pleasantly surprised to have a full meal on a two hour flight.

Cons: Would have loved more current US tv shows to choose from.

Pros: On time, great meals, great friendly crew! Forgot how much I appreciate flying with Korean Air!

Pros: The check-in crew in Chicago was very nice and efficient. The flight crew on-board were not friendly, they were very curt and rushed, and did not go out of their way to be helpful.

Cons: Friendlier staff during the flight. Better food for breakfast. The connection port for my headphones did not work...I would not have been able to watch movies if I hadn't brought my own single connection head phones.

Pros: attentive crews, clean toilets

Cons: waited for 2 hours upon immigration clearance, not sure what was the issue. ground handling only updated there was a delay. baggage didn't get loaded onto carousel until 2 hours after landing. horrible
