Option for take away breakfast, good if you want to go Petra before sunrise. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially the owner who helped us with a lot of recommendations. Parking space available next to the hotel.
We booked double bedroom and they gave us twin bedroom as they said that their last room was already occupied. Also the beds were quite uncomfortable. The shower water pressure was really bad. The proximity to the mosque made it a bit noisy during the praying call.
Staff was nice
Very strong moldy smell and I found some bugs in the bed It rained and the water enters from closed window, so the next day the floor was full of water
Nice and friendly hotel. Basic but decent facilities and comfortable bed. Money vs value is spot on. But most importantly the owner and his team are extremely good hosts. Having to leave Jordan suddenly due to the corona outbreak they did what they could to help. In times for them economic more uncertain then us they went out of the way. They helped with things others would have charged for. It shows great hospitality. Many thanks especially to Shie!
Hands down and full commendations to Leah and to the rest of the staff. Leah knows Petra very well from the best food, tourist spots information onto transportation details. She has quite a wide range of connections of which makes it easier for her guests to maneuver around the area all the way to Wadi Rum, Aqaba or to the far north. They also have a cozy rooftop lounge where you can witness an amazing panoramic view of Wadi Musa. It provides an excellent site for sunsets and sunrise. Fantastic location, value for the money and helpful staff.
Tow positive thing.1. Really friendly staff. The girl at the entrance was really amaizing always lending a hand asking if we needed something coordinating yours transportation and giving advice. 2. The roof eventhough quite cold it was a really nice area to relax.
The bathrooms are really small. The pressure of water was really low eventhough positive we had warm water. The room was really cold. The bedclothes were washed but really old and had stains.
