Breakfast ok for a pousada; central location on the main street; the room was clean.
- Internet very poor; - Smaller room than advertised; - Not a single English word so zero communication or interaction with the host...anyway the host was rarely around so it would have been difficult to get help or reccommendations; - Serious security concerns...if you want to get ur room cleaned you have to leave your room key in an open box...so anyone (including someone from the street - as the pousada door is not locked during the daytime - could get your key and access your room to steal your belongings (no safe in the room!). After your room is cleaned they put your keys in the same box...so again anyone can take your keys...not to mention that after cleaning the room the ladies leave the room windows open...so keys are not needed if one wants to steal your stuff! Incredibly reckless attitude by the owner and the staff...they MUST change this whole room cleaning process! - As the main street is not paved it's really hard to carry a heavy trolley on a sand/dirt road...it would be nice if they offered a luggage transfer from the pier...like other pousadas do...but clearly they lack the cuatomer care :( - the shower provides hot water only if you use the shower at very low volume/flow of water...if you want a stronger flow the water will be almost cold - no hair dryer in the room but they provided one upon request -AC very noisy like all over in Brazil but in this case you really feel like you sleep in a helicopter if the AC is on during the night; Overall: average bed and breakfast (which was somehow expected) but with serious room security issues and with a total impossibility to communicate with foreign guests which made the whole experience pretty unpleasant and very "cold".
Staff is helpful and nice, mostly they don't speak English, but we understood each other somehow :) the location is good, Abraao is small. The breakfast is nice.
We stayed there for 3 nights and they didn't clean the room during our stay, but when we asked them to change us towels they did.
