Vincent, the proprietor, went out of his way to ensure I knew all about Venice and how to travel to the main points of interest. The establishment is very close to the train station and the water taxis. As it is in a great location, it can get noisy during business hours. However, things do quiet down around 2200-2300 hours. In addition, there is a grocery store within walking distance from the Piccin House, which Vincent gladly encourages his patrons to use if they wish. It was a pleasant stay. I will most likely use this location should I visit Venice again.
