The hotel is in the perfect location. The staff was very nice and helpful. The roomsize, the bathroom size and the size of the bed are very good. We only had dinner twice in the hotel, but the service and quality of the ordered food was very good as well.
It would have been better to be able to open the window for fresh air and it would have been much better not to have the room directly next to the renovation side where work and loud conversations started outside our room at 08:00 am.
Good hotel in need of renovation
Comfort and location are excellent.
The rooms need renovation. The hotel is comfortable, but lacks USB ports to charge electronic devices and a more modernized decoration, as in Novotel Montreal.
Easy walk from Union Station, Rogers Centre, CN Tower, lots of restaurants
Great location, nice bar and restaurant, friendly staff,
For the price, you would think there would be a couple of real glasses and a fridge in the room. We didn't really appreciate flimsy plastic cups.
Lovely Place to Stay
Very convenient. Close to St. lawerence Market, Air Canada Center, restaurants. I would totally stay here again
Great Hotel, but in need of a renovation in its ro
Location, cleanliness, Restaurant and Bar Staff, Confort.
The rooms are in need of a renovation and the Internet available to the customers should be more reliable and fast.
Please improve standard amenities, such as glassware as opposed to plastic cups. Hallways were extremely noisy. Bed had no top sheet.
Nice hotel in a quaint part of Toronto
Very clean throughout the entire hotel. Quiet at night. Friendly staff. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Only a 10 minute walk to the Air Canada Centre. Nice workout and pool available for use. The hotel had a parking garage for $35 with in and out access but we parked at the corner public lot for $25 with no in and out access.
The staff was friendly however I felt as if they were understaffed. When checking and out we waited in a bit of a lengthy line. There was also no room service menu in our room and when we called and asked for one they said they were busy and to walk to their in house restaurant and get the menu ourselves. Not a huge deal but not the greatest response.
Affordable and centrally located.
Shady Rooms.... Photos do not represent current room appearance. Needs to be updated.
- Walking distance to many restaurants and entertainment - Staff was very attentive and helpful - Easy access to underground parking
- Rooms were out-dated (carpet, wallpaper, etc) - Parking was $28+tax each night
Relax in 3-star comfort in the heart of the St. Lawrence Neighborhood at Novotel Toronto Centre. Your spacious, contemporary room allows you to stretch out and unwind. Breakfast is served in the stylish Cafe Nicole and will start your day right and the understated elegance of the lobby bar is the perfect setting for a nightcap.
