Convenient, Good Quality Place to Stay in Tokyo
This is a really convenient location for travelers. It's directly across the street from Akasaka-mitsuke Station, lots of Japanese and non-Japanese food options and some historic sites. If you can managed to get a room on the back side of the hotel, I would recommend it. My room was so quiet. It was perfect. The hotel staff were very nice. They were able to direct me to where I needed to go when I had to buy a few things for my trip. Getting there from Narita airport was easy. I just bought a ticket on the appropriate limousine bus for 3100 yen. Yes, that's slightly more expensive than the Keisei Skyliner, but it drops you off at the front door of this hotel. It's worth the extra 600 yen to not have to carry my luggage through the train stations from where the Keisei Line drops you off. And it's way cheaper than a cab.
Breakfast downstairs is quite pricey (about 2800 yen or so). Of course, it's not like you have to eat at the hotel. It's literally 4 doors down from a Tully's coffeeshop where you can have a decent breakfast and coffee for less than 700 yen.
Free upgrade to a larger room (we checked in fairly late). Late check out.
Unfortunately, they only had smoking rooms.
