Cons: Games sollten Nachts gesperrt werden. Die gute Dame hinter mir spielte wohl die ganze Nacht Solitaire und mein Sitz schüttelte immer. Auf meine bitte zu stoppen weder kommentar noch reaktion.

Pros: The crew was so helpful and they feed us well. We relieved a snack, a meal, and a desert. The airline left on time and arrived early to my destination. Very enjoyable flight.

Cons: Flight delayed, sat on plane on ground for 4 hours then missed connecting flight.

Cons: A solution to the seat problem. If the seat only reclined 1/2 the distance they do now, the flight would be enjoyable.

Pros: Virgin Atlantic is the best airline I’ve ever flown on internationally. The service is wonderful, from check in to inflight service. Everything went as planned. The food and drinks on board are free and they are an abundance of snacks, much more than we dreamed. The flight attendants are excellent

Cons: Staff were unhelpful and ran out of many food items by the time we were served - meaning that there wasn’t anything available for us to eat as we don’t eat eggs. The check-in was stressful and staff were keen to help - unprofessional and unsatisfactory.

Cons: Very cramped aisle seat and I kept being knocked by passing crewe including knocking over a cup of water.
