Pros: crew was efficient, the taipei to ontario leg is more comfortable than taipei manila which has a linger leg room

Pros: Easy boarding procedure.

Cons: Seat was broken. The seat's back kept returning forward. Not a lot of water and snack we're given for flight this long.

Pros: Flight cancelled due to Pooley strike. China air did help us get an alternate flight with a different airline.
