Pros: Breakfast was delicious and everything looked so pretty.
Cons: The sounds coming from the street, mainly because the window were not closing properly.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: All perfect. Especially the staff is really friendly and very professional. The breakfast is just amazing!
Good 6.0
Pros: Breeakfast wwaas good. The only drawback of the room was the size - too samll and window which was really tiny. All facilities ware new.
Cons: Size of the room
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly staff, excellent location, great breakfast. Clean, newly renovated. Would highly recommend for stay. Close to the beaches, I even had a wonderful morning run along the beach line
Good 7.0
Pros: Breakfast was really delicious.
Cons: I found a cockroach the moment I entered the room. They replaced the room though but I still found long hair on my new room's bed, which is something I would not expect from a boutique hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel staff is very helpful and responsive. Before we arrived to hotel they’ve messaged us to provide help about how to access to hotel from airport and give you detailed options. Welcoming was lovely and you can have some macarons while you wait for checkin. Rooms, lobby, terrace have great designs. Everything is stylish and new. Bed was very comfy. Breakfast is just amazing with many many tasty options. Not to forget to mention about happy hour with snacks and wine. Everything was great. If i travel again to tel aviv i will definitely stay at this hotel again.
Cons: One day they havent cleaned our room. Maybe that was because we didnt hang the please clean the room sign to door. But it wasnt a big problem for us.
Good 7.7
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Our a/c broke but the weather was nice enough at night that it didn't matter too much.
Good 7.7
Pros: The helpfulness of the staff.
Good 6.3
Pros: Very friendly helpful staff. A lot of free extras available such as bikes, beach towels, afternoon snacks, etc.
Cons: Standard rooms are very small. No kashrut supervision on food.
Good 7.3
Pros: Location two minutes from the beach, shops and central tel aviv. Good transport - buses and taxis right outside the door. First class breakfast, free bicycles, happy hour drinks and snacks. Roof terrace, breakfast terrace. Very helpful front desk, gave late check out and honoured room request for a quiet and corner room.
Cons: No fresh fruit juice
Good 7.3
Pros: Artistic & funky design style. Free afternoon drinks & snacks on the patio. Free bicycles for the guests to use.
Good 7.6
Pros: new small boutique hotel, young and hip, excellent location 5 min walk to the beach, helpful staff, nice breakfast.
Cons: $review.cons
Okay 5.6
Pros: The happy hour was a nice touch we had not had at other hotels during our two week stay. It was a refreshing touch after a long day out in Israel. The cleanliness of the linen and design of the room were very innovative. We chose the hotel mainly because it had accommodations for 2 adults and 2 teens in one room. It also did not have a minimum stay of 5-7 nights as do many others now in Tel Aviv. We were there 2 nights. Free internet was a plus for my teens as they waited for us to get the car or get ready.
Cons: I greatly appreciated the option of 4 in a room, but once the couch was open, there was no room to walk around at all. If you had more places to place the luggage so it was not sitting on the floor space, perhaps walking around could have been easier. Parking was free at another hotel 2 blocks away. If you forgot something in the car or wanted to take it out, you had to walk about 2 blocks to get it. This was also just overnight parking and so we still paid for any parking after 9am. It was also a pain to drop off and pick up the luggage since we had to double park on a very busy street.
Mediocre 3.5
Pros: $review.pros
Cons: The room was too small for my expectations as a 4 star hotel. Would have been Ok as 3 star.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: perfect for the beach and the streets.clean, tidy rooms, excellent air conditioner, great shower, good books to peruse, a terrace and inside and outside areas, helpful staff, comfortable bed
Cons: a faster internet connection for the computer in the hotel lobby would be good
Good 7.2
Pros: Very good price value relation. Clean and very friendly staff. Also free drinks and little snacks in the afternoon on terrace and library. Nice atmosphere. Recommendable for visitors of Tel Aviv with a budget and who want to be central, near the beach. Nice design. Good breakfast included.
Cons: The rooms are small but contain everything needed and are clean. Good enough to stay for a few days.

Pros: Balcony, location Great location, very nice rooms! Take the ones with the balcony...otherwise it might be too simple..
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Helpful staff, lovely breakfast, attractive (if smallish) room in an attractive part of North Tel Aviv. Unless you are planning on having large gatherings in your bedroom, it was a wonderful choice. There are lending bicycles, they even provide beach bags for you...though you still have to remember your swim suit, and take the 5 minute walk to the beach.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent service, thank you Israel and Rachel!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything! I love Yam, it’s my home away from home in Tel Aviv. The location is perfect for food and beach. The staff is amazing, I practically live in hotels and the Yam personnel are true professionals and like family. Love their evening aperitivo and the entire hotel vibe.
Cons: It’s perfect nothing to improve except don’t expect the rooms to be huge
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very kind and conscientious staff, attention to detail, very clean, caring staff.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Clean, bright, efficient and perfectly located for many things work and play
Cons: Expensive breakfast and no option to have a quick breakfast and leave .. so not ideal when working and probably ok for holidays - needs to cater for both !
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff was really pleasant and helpful. The balcony was really clean with a good view. The service (asked for additional coffee tablets and for iron) - was really fast and nice. I asked for late check-out, and after the check, they allowed me to do it without any additional money.
Cons: No parking near the hotel, even for dropping stuff (but in the port, there is a chance to catch one, but it is better to come with taxi). Small rooms.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel staff is absolutely amazing. The girl on the reception Alona is the best we have ever seen. She helped us a lot with our program of stay in Israel. Without her our journey would be seriously worse. With hotel's fantastic happy-hour with tasty appetizers, snacks, soup, wine and champagne you don't need any dinner at all. I have nothing else, but only recommend und suggest this hotel to stay in Tel Aviv. It was perfect!!!
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Nothing
Okay 4.0
Pros: We loved the location, right by the dog-friendly beaches, the breakfast was always yummy! And those happy hours... Our dogs received a royal treatment! The room was clean and cozy. Beautiful roof garden and sitting area with a spectacular area.
Cons: 1) The deposit was not returned, we are still waiting, and it is disappointing that we haven't received any feedback regarding our e-mail and phone call regarding the situation, do we have to wait for 6 weeks, is that right? 2) A lady at the reception/lounge/dining area had a severe cold, during our stay, despite her illness, she continued to work for 2 days in a row, so upon our return back home, we had the same symptoms and still can not recover from the same disease, thank you very much. 3) Water pressure in the shower - it was not always fun to wait until the other guests will rinse themselves since there was not enough water for all of us at the hotel.
Good 7.0
Pros: Hotel is beautiful and well located
Cons: Room was very small
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very perfect hotel: very good breakfast, very nice and comfortable room with beautiful view!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: fabulous hotel. outstanding staff. special place with lots of small exquisite touches.
Cons: it could not be improved - oh yes it could: some Roibois tea bags?
Excellent 9.0
Pros: We spent a weekend again in this wonderful hotel and fell in love again with it. This modern renovated boutique hotel located in one of the best locations in Tel Aviv, couple of minutes to the beach and walking distance to the main attractions. The standard room is pretty spacious, have modern decor and is perfectly clean. The room is equiped with flat TV, safe, mini fridge, kettle, free tea/coffee and mineral bottles on the arrival. On the Valentines we got bottle of wine as a pleasant gift. The hotel roof is actually a patio with tables and sun beds, where you can relax. There is an elevator and little free parking lot. Great, rich, tasty breakfast is included in the price and offers a great choice of juices, salads, eggs, and other dishes. Free fast wi-fi is available. The hotel offers bike renting. The staff is great, so polite and helpful, they made everything in their power to make us feel at home. Highly recommended! Enjoy:)
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Free bikes Vegan options at breakfast The staff was super friendly and kind
Okay 5.3
Pros: 2nd time I have stayed. Most convenient for me - nar my family - room rather small but comfortable enough. Rather pricey!!! but I believe there is shortage of rooms in TA so you really can charge what you like!!!! I have recommended your hotel to all my friends and many have stayed in the Melody/ the City Hotels. My brother is in the Melody this week (Mr & Mrs Morris)
Good 7.3
Pros: helpful staff.. use of wifi and computers... breakfast and happy hour.. location
Good 6.0
Pros: Location was proximate to old city port and boardwalk. Quiet local hotel with excellent amenities.
Cons: My room was exceptionally small.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the playful touches - the box of crayons in the bedroom, the yellow rubber ducks in the bathroom... The hotel had a very upbeat feel to it. The roof terrace was very pleasant.
Cons: The piped music on the roof terrace.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I enjoyed my stay very much but as I was only passing through, on my way to Jerusalem, I can't comment, other than to say everything was great.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The location is excellent, a stone throw to the beach. The roof terrace stunning, with great wiew of the sunset on the beach. All the extras make this hotel great value for money
Cons: $review.cons
Good 7.6
Pros: Very city-knowledgeable and helpful staff, pleasant beach tote with water and towels was very thoughtful, food and service at each level was excellent each day during entire stay. Excellent value.
Cons: Would have liked a small fitness room on the premises.
Okay 5.2
Pros: Snacks in the afternoon. Many films to borrow. The breakfast. The beds and the shower in the room.
Cons: Way to expensive for what you get (we paid 350 $ for a small room for three). We didn't get a room with sea view as we requested, but one facing a not too charming courtyard. The prizes are listed in US $, but they charge you in shekel using their own exchange rate, which makes it more expensive.
Good 7.2
Pros: Great location and a well maintained hotel.
Cons: The pillows were terrible.
Good 7.2
Pros: The interiors are really art deco and fun to experience. Not your usual run of the mill interior. Bold and entertaining. The staff were wonderfully helpful; even though the sabbath oddured during one day of my stay. Internet was convenient an free. Great Israeli breakfast buffet.
Cons: Hallways are dark and not in keeping with the rest of the design of the hotel. The entrance can be a little trick; but a convenient neighborhood.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: I visited the hotel for the second time in two years because of its quality and location (10 minutes walk to the beach and 3 minutes to public transport). The approach of the manager Tali and of all staff to the guests is amazing, so you feel like at home. I appreciated that I could book in very early morning for half of price of the room, as I was tired after the flight. Hotel has really the quality of boutique hotel, my room was equipped with the little kitchen corner with kettle and minibar. Buffet style breakfast is not included in the price (unfortunately), but is tasty and with the good choice of vegetables. If there is any problem with the room, the staff is flexible and is prepared to deal immediately with it.
Cons: Cannot think about anything what should be changed, of course, if the price included the breakfast, it would be brilliant! :-)
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Centrally located, very nice staff, very helpful and knowledgeable
Good 6.0
Pros: Location is good. Close to beach and restaurants
Cons: Heating mode of air conditioning didn't work properly. Cold in room in winter.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: i liked the location - very close to bars, coffee shops and resturants. The staff was very wellcoming, the atmosphire was great! the view was o.k.
Cons: the money we paid for this kind of vacation was too high. unfortunately the minibar was broken.
Good 6.7
Pros: Location, breakfast
Cons: Size of the room, thinny blanked, cold in the room
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very small hotel in the city center next to busy streets with lots of traffic. Breakfast - ok for few days if you are not in a hurry but every day the same and you have to wait for the order if you want anything warm - not the best choice if you rush to the office. Building packed between other buildings in the neighborhood and I felt I had to have my curtains closed all day. Wines-to-buy cabinet in the middle of the room took space of not a very big room, it should have been in a lobby instead. Service was great but I still did not feel like in boutique hotel (e.g. every day the same question "what is your room number"). So no real advantages of small family hotel while disadvantages of not having as many amenities, selections etc. Very nice and clean bathroom, very comfortable bed. Quite small TV without an option to connect other devices. Wifi ok. So it might be one of the best small hotels in Tel Aviv, I don't know, but in my opinion value/price ratio was not the best. And probably if your travel for fun I would opt more for seaside larger hotels, and much closer to Jaffa. But that is me. Anyway it is an 8, so I recommend it but having in mind what I had written.
Good 7.6
Pros: It was very comfortable, close to the beach. When we rented a car it is very easy to drive from Arlazorov hotel to Jerusalim or what ever.

Pros: Cozy and clean hotel is situated close to beach area and sightseeng tour starting point. Personnel is very nice and helpful. Airconditioner and kitchen facilities in each room as well as small cafe will give you convenience and comfort during your business or tour trip.

Pros: excellent breakfast, superb suevice! We truly enjoyed it.
Cons: Staff people were petting animals (dog) and I am not sure they washed their hands after that. Animals are great, but should not be handled by staff serving food.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved the roof top view, free 15 minute complimentary massage, complimentary drinks and snacks in the afternoon. Very clean beautiful rooms. With the ocean view.Great breakfast. Great staff and very good breakfast. This hotel is equivalent to 5 star hotel.

Pros: Most of the staff wonderful except the gentleman that has a bun in his head for his long hair. Not helppful at all and not very pleasant.. THe rest of the staff, very nice, very pleasant, very helpful.
Cons: My room, 101 was very noisy from the street traffic. At night, one of the reflectors was right in front of my window, very bright, so my room was not quite dark. Room on the smaller size, but for a single person, it was fine.

Pros: The location is excellent. In a vivid an nice area/part of Dizengoff Street. A lot of cafés, bars and supermarket, shopping facilities around. 7 min. walk to the see. 10 Minutes promenade to Dizengoff Square, Bus stations directly at the hotel. Great spot to start to discover the city. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. We wanted to change the room, as we didn't like the back yard view; that was no problem -- after one night we could move (as booked out the same day). We asked for a microwave and got it the same day. We moved from a premium to regular room (see above) and the refund was done correctly after checking out. The rooms to the street are perfect (we were in the 3rd floor) - they are bright and they have double windows so there is no noise from the street. We liked the compact, "minimal" and unpretentious design of the room (and that it doesn't have a carpet). Breakfast can be taken in a café opposite of the hotel (with 10% discount) -- we didn't use it, but it's a nice offer.
Cons: The walls between the rooms seem to be thin, one could hear people speak; ear plugs helped. (But this seems to be a "general" problem of a lot of houses in TLV.) Windows could be cleaner -- but this also seems to be a "general" issue in TLV as we've seen ... ;-)
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was comfortable and clean, equipped with everything I needed and even had a small work table. The hotel located very centrally right on Dizengoff st but still very quite so you don't get that busy street noise when you're in the room. The staff was nice and accommodating and the after hours check in was very easy as well.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: We loved staying at Dizengoff 208 Hotel. We were sad to leave! Everything was clean and modern. The hotel was simple, with an elevator (much appreciated with our heavy luggage!). The hotel was located in a safe, upscale neighbourhood, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. The room was the perfect size, with clean sheets, a small fridge and a modern bathroom. Best of all- the spacious shower had plenty of hot water (no need to pre-heat the water). Highly recommended!
Cons: We would have liked to have stayed longer!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location, the staff, drinking water, comfortable room, modern design

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Amazing breakfast!! also the location, steps to get to the beach
Cons: Very small room
Good 6.0
Pros: Nice people, good breakfast, close to the beach.
Cons: The room was on the back side of the hotel where it was extremely noisy due to a construction area of a new hotel, beginning to work at 4:40 in the morning ! Also with closed window impossible to sleep !
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Everything was perfect, from the room, the food (DELICIOUS) to the front desk staff. Super friendly and extremely helpful. Super close to the beach and 10 minutes away walking to a big street with shops and restaurants. Safe area. Also, free bikes to rent at the hotel that we took to go all the way to Jaffa and visit the old city. We will come back :)
Cons: Nothing!

Pros: All the facilities were very clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. All the staff upheld COVID19 regulations.

Pros: The professionalism of the team and an amazing mood at the bar/restaurant of the hotel which was special and “fantastic”
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The only minus of my stay was that room was very noisy due to hotel being located at the corner of the busy street. No way one would sleep without ear plugs. They surely should invest in double glazing / soundproofing. Also quite dark decor not sure if it would suit everybody. Everything else was perfect and staff super attentive & lovely breakfast.
Cons: Noise form the street
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was one of the best hotels I've ever been to, mostly because the staff was really wonderful, very helpful and hospitable, they tried to help us with everything we asked, they showed us around the hotel and they were really good. We loved the hotel's design, and the room with the balcony was perfect!! Thank you everyone at Port & Blue!!
Cons: We didn't like the smell inside the elevators.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location and the special breakfast
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The hotel in not centrally located and does require public or private transportation to get to tourist point of interest AS i lived in Israel previously this did not present a challenge I like the size of the room and the full sofa in the room I further like the location of the hotel near the new tel aviv port a very picturesque place. I did hot have breakfast but the published price seemed high
Cons: for my part as I a familiar with the city the hotel fulfilled requirements

Pros: The hotel was pretty nice for an extended stay. It's walking distance from the beach. The Room was rather large, comfortable and clean. I really liked that every room as a nespresso coffee machine (much better than the drip coffee machine you get in the US).
Cons: The service in the hotel was really average. It takes forever to order a coffee or a juice in the morning at breakfast, the staff pretty much ignores you. The showers in the bedroom have an issue. Their design makes it really hard to not flood the bathroom every time you take a shower
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent service, room, parking, staff & location!! We’ll be back!!
Cons: Everything
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Great views and lovely breakfast.
Good 7.5
Pros: Huge rooms with a lounge, great location, beautifully designed and decorated, breakfast room is on the roof with a great view, well equipped kitchenette, comfy and really big bed
Cons: Breakfast room could have been facing the sea, pillows weren't amazing, coffee is only nespresso no beans, staff weren't the most friendly/helpful
Good 7.3
Pros: The location is outstanding .The restaurant is both indoor and a Terrace providing a superb opportunity to enjoy Tel Aviv's skyline and the sun over the Mediterranean
Cons: The Lobby is small ,my room was under the kitchen and was noisy very early morning .

Pros: The suprior jr suite was great, the personal was very nice. The breakfest on the roof was great ( Lounge style, with great view over Tell Aviv), The facilities in room where perfect, TV and DVD player in main sitting place, DVD renting in Hotel, Free Wifi (most places in Israel it is an extra service), The kitchen in room is perfect with big fridge:) nice to keep your drinks cool. Service was perfect, nice people commited to their job. I will return soon!
Okay 5.3
Pros: Location and size. Very good location. The staf was friendly and recognized you after a couple of days. I like small hotels they are more intimate.
Cons: Wasnt as clean as I would have liked. Attention to detail could have been better (had to ask 2x for toilet paper, didnt get a wakeup call as requested.)
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Galit, Li-Or, Michelle, Adva, and all the rest of the staff really helped make our stay a huge pleasure. I would recommend the hotel highly and look forward to staying there again.
Mediocre 3.3
Pros: The hotel location is very comfortable and near many point of interest including near a highway.
Cons: There is no parking, business center for a fee for the duration not per day, staff that is not trained and informed on hotel information, manager not polite and rude.

Cons: The smokiness of the corridor and the noise from the restaurant on the 7th floor (we were on the 6th floor).

Pros: Convenience
Cons: Rooms were smoking and non smoking combined. The smoke smells wafted into the hallways. Breakfasts were mediocre. One day the cleaners forgot to clean the room. Towels were shabby.

Cons: Was no hot foodfor breakfast
Excellent 9.0
Pros: very good hotel for one or two nights
Cons: no parking
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The way we were greeted and treated!
Good 7.3
Pros: excellent breakfest, small but everything we liked... super cereals, fresh juice, espresso,
Cons: relatively noisy streets around the hotel as everywhere in TLV near to the beach and the windows should be much more sound-proof (not for people which need absolute silence during the night)
Good 7.3
Pros: It is a small hotel so it is intimate, no mass and quiet
Good 7.7
Pros: Still new. Convenient location - easy access to beaches and catering.
Good 6.0
Pros: The price is low for the area, which is nice. They have three bicycles which you can borrow for free. The location is very close to the beach (2 blocks) and public transportation is convenient to this location.
Cons: The room was very small. The front desk staff were inconsistent in their helpfulness, Some did not know much about the area (surprisingly) and could not offer dining suggestions. The phone in the room could not call out. You have to call the front desk and ask them to place calls for you.
Good 7.7
Pros: I liked that it was near to transport& promenade. The room was very comfortable and cosy. The staff were very helpful. We will definitely come again.
Good 7.0
Pros: very friendly staff, good facilities, close to different transport modes, local airport, bus, train
Cons: breakfast is good but could give more divercity
Okay 4.4
Pros: Room was clean and hotel was recently refurbished. Reception staff was friendly and helpful, which is a rare find in Israel, from our experience of a week-long holiday in the country.
Cons: My partner is a wheelchair user. We called the hotel beforehand to ensure that the room and the hotel was fully accessible, as advertised online. On arrival, a car was parked in front of the wheelchair ramp and when we finally got into our room, the bathroom door was too narrow for a wheelchair to fit through and no adjustments had been made to the showerroom whatsoever. We were only planning to stay the one evening anyway but if we had arranged to stay longer we wouldn't have checked out immediately. This should not be advertised as a wheelchair accessible hotel.
Okay 5.2
Pros: great roof garden , pretty good location, good A/C, poor towels , lovely and helpful reception staff
Cons: tiny tiny rooms, no bellhops, no luggage drop off at hotel door, confined feeling, horrid demolished building attached , no parking , room for sure for one person only
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Non-smoking, modern, clean, well appointed room for any price. Helpful desk staff. Free bicycles available. Very convenient to walk to markets, beaches and the newer port area. Would highly recommend.
Cons: The only thing that was different from my expectations on the internet was the half demolished building attached to the hotel. Just an eyesore, but a little shock when the cab pulled up. The hotel was as good or better than I expected.
Good 7.2
Pros: Rooms very nice. Location great for beach and port.
Cons: Parking not available and no arrangements with local parking.

Okay 4.0

Good 6.0
Pros: Front Desk Staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. Rooms were quite comfortable. Front entrance foyer and bar area looked like a boutique hotel style. Plenty of maps and tour information.R
Cons: Breakfast was borderline average, appealed to a person wanting to eat fish and salad style breakfast, Some dust build up and dirty curtains in a room a friend stayed in.

Pros: Not expensive
Cons: Very out if the way, far from Tel Aviv. Very small rooms. The place was almost empty but they gave us a room with absolutely no view.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very close to the see ! Very good price! The stuff is very friendly, and professional!!! Overall a perfect 10
Cons: The weather..... ha ha ha
Excellent 9.0
Pros: One night stayinf before fly out. Very comfortalble apartments with minikitchen. allways before there was exellent breakfast here. But due antimesuers to COVI19 and clousing borders the hotel changed plan to room only;(( And I very appreciate that they informed about it by letter one day before.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The room was not big enough for 4 people. The description of the hotel was way off. There was no beach access. We were charged $750 for 2 nights that the hotel quoted us for $225 per night we were charged taxes and fees even though international guests do not pay taxes for hotel stay. We assumed that kayak had better rates than the hotel but we were apparently very wrong. Sadly we will not recommend kayak to anyone.

Good 7.0

Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was clean and comfortable. Staff always smiled. Breakfast was displayed beautfully and tasted delicious. Also even though it was off-season - I get did not feel like I was the only one in the hotel - which could sometimes happen. There were plenty of people and a feeling of a lot going on.
Cons: When I went to check about booking again - the price suddenly went up. Please contact me directly, to discuss a good price if I plan to do this a few times a year. I would definitley come back, but I'm on a budget.
Good 7.5
Pros: Great location next to the beach - highly recommend the walk along to the old town. Rooms are super comfortable and staff were very helpful.
Cons: Not sure I’d say it was 4 star - a bit tired looking and shower leaked all over the bathroom floor.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Ditto.
Cons: Rooms a bit small.
Okay 5.4
Cons: The hotel has old facilities. It was overheated. The lounge is just terrible. Not recommended
Mediocre 3.7
Pros: Location
Cons: The staff does not know how to tend to customers. I left my AMEX card on the desk at the counter and I called to tell them and before I could even finish asking if he found it he said he doesn't have it. I proceeded and asked if he could please check before he says he doesn't have it then finally he checked after 3 phone calls to the front desk. The staff does not care about its guests and overall customer service lacks tremendously. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
Okay 5.8
Pros: Location (parking was far away) Late checkout
Cons: No parking at the hotel or nearby... Breakfast was poor
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Good localization, especially for beach activities, excellent breakfast!
Good 6.0
Pros: Location was nice. Staff was helpful and motivated. Especially housekeeping and one guy with earrings from reception. He helped me and my partners to book a tour and etc.
Cons: Hotel is very old and dirty everywhere. But clean linen and towels. No room service in 5 star hotel. Just wanted sparkling water midnight and called to the reception. Answer was "go to market at the corner of street" :D
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Amazing staff!!!! And location!
Okay 4.0
Pros: swimmingpool was nor open yet. Room was noisy from outside. But also you can hear your neighbours. Second day they didnot refill our coffee and drinking water. Room is not so big an it took several minutes to get warm water. Breakfadt is ok. And you have to pay almost the double the price of a very good hotel in Holland.
Good 7.0
Pros: Very good located, wide rooms, confortable bed and clean room. There is a wide offer at the breakfast.
Cons: They offer a supposed free tour in Tel Aviv from 4 hours, with 5 stops, the last one in a diamond store. It is a fraud, the places where the tour is supposed to go, are seen from the bus, they changed the order from the tour, going directly to the diamant store, stopping only 5 minutes in the national theater square. We arrived around 10 am in the diamant store, and we left from there at 1 pm!!! Because there were a group of Russians who were buying, the rest of the group had to wait 3 hours there, and after 2 hours when we said we were leaving, they told us, that is was finish and we where leaving soon, but it took more than 1 hour. We lost all our morning in that store, and then they drop off in Jaffa, explained the area in 5 minutes and left. I do not recommend anybody to take this tour, except you want to spend more than 500$ in jewerly, I lost the only morning I had to visit the city. I would have explained about to the receptionist, because maybe this was an unusual day, but nobody at reception cares about guests. At the evening when arriving at the Hotel, there were 3 people at reception, and none of them looked at me to say good evening, they were too busy with their mobiles. I have never seen this lack of attention in a Reception.
Good 6.8
Pros: hotel is in a good location breakfast is excellent but i expect at least the carpets to be clean when you walk on them in the room .
Good 7.3
Pros: very warm welcome, friendly and helpful staff and perfectly located for all that i wanted to do. will definitely book again,.
Good 7.3
Pros: The staff was very helpful when we asked for directions and information.
Cons: We thought the meals were costly and the hotel overnight fee also a bit high.
Mediocre 2.7
Pros: Notrhing, and I will never be back
Cons: Reception people
Good 6.0
Cons: It would need some refurbishment, on the facades as well as the entrance hall. Rooms were ok, very clean, which is the most important thing, but otherwise not especially nice. I would have expected something a tiny little bit more modern for the price.
Okay 4.7
Pros: location to the beach
Mediocre 2.8
Pros: The view the only thing
Cons: bed separated in the middle not together
Okay 5.4
Pros: Loved the rooftop pool and the clean, well appointed room. Good location adjacent to the independance park and beach.
Cons: lifts were small and slow, often walked 11 floors - would be frustrating for older / less mobile guests
Good 6.0
Pros: its what I expected. was comfortable and good value for the money.
Cons: $review.cons
Okay 5.6
Pros: The peaceful atmosphere
Cons: Nothing particularly except for the stained carpets in the room.
Mediocre 3.6
Pros: $review.pros
Cons: No parking facility. No valet service. No bellboy. I was told the rooms were renovated but they didn't seem so. Hotel looks like rattletrap. Internet service expensive and very bad.
