Pros: Helpful staff, lovely breakfast, attractive (if smallish) room in an attractive part of North Tel Aviv. Unless you are planning on having large gatherings in your bedroom, it was a wonderful choice. There are lending bicycles, they even provide beach bags for you...though you still have to remember your swim suit, and take the 5 minute walk to the beach.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast was the best I've ever had in hotels. Location is good, 10 minutes walking to the sea and port + you can get a bus to almost anywhere in the city. Regarding the room - get the one with the balcony. it worth it.
Cons: The original room was a little bit too small.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very nice and cosy room.Excellent service and very personal attention.Hope to stay there again soon
Cons: Everything was absolutelly perfect
Good 7.0
Pros: Loved the location near the beach and the wonderful helpful staff. The happy hour, the expresso, everything worked for us! Even a beach bag is given with towels and water for the beach! Would definitely return.
Cons: Absolutely no complaints!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was amazing.

Excellent 9.7
Pros: A great boutique hotel located in the center of the night life yet it is on a quiet block away from hustlle and bustle of a big city. We stayed with children in a 1 bedroom suite. There was also a small kitchen That is not common but a convenient feature to have. Free great WiFi and cheap parking. Rooms are clean and bright. Staff is super friendly, speak several languages and always greet you with a smile ready to help..especially DANIEL he was always eager to help and would go out of his way, we needed a last minute dry cleaning done for a party and he went out of his way to make it happen same day!!!! also helped several times with directions and sight seeing recommendations, everyday greeted kids with cookies and offered tea. Overall a great experiance we will be returning again.
Cons: There is nothing we didn’t like but some improvements such as automated parking gate would be a plus.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Arbel suites offer bikes for free rental, which is great for exploring Tel Aviv, Jaffa and to get to the beach. Breakfast is served at Dizengoff Cafe. Very nice in-location with fresh prepared breafast.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Very friendly staff, excellent area
Cons: Everything was perfect, would come back certainly
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Amazing suits, very clean and bright, big and comfortable.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Staff very helpful, close to everything, nice outdoor patio, comfortable room and bed!
Okay 5.8
Cons: We stayed at room 51 and it was a nightmare - there is an elevator utility room that is right behind one of the walls and you get loud sounds every time someone uses the elevator. It was a sleepless night before an international 15 hour flight in the morning. Do not recommend !
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very friendly Service, big rooms
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Central location near Dizengoff. Steps to restaurants and the beach. Comfortable room .

Excellent 9.0
Pros: The room, location and the breakfast
Cons: nothing to mind
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The breakfast is great. You can order eggs the way you wish, along with other items. High variety. The happy hour is a nice touch, but don't expect a lot of food.
Cons: Nothing! This is truly a great place to stay. Beautiful rooms and while it's on a busy street, you could not hear the street noise because of triple pained windows.
Okay 5.4
Pros: Location was good, happy hour concept was nice

Pros: Superb location, the beach is very close, good public transportation, easy access to the hotel and to the room. It was a very convenient stay at the hotel. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
Cons: Even in the small kitchen a microwave could fit in, but nontheless the room was well equipped.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Nice hotel in a lively area. Lots of bars, restaurants, shops etc. On the street. The rooms were clean, modern, functional. One of Tel Aviv's better hotels. Certainly a place that I can recommend.
Cons: We never saw any staff, which was fine b/c we got (late) check in instructions by email If you want to be close to the old town or at the beach front, this is not uour hotel either.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The staff were amazing. The room was clean.
Cons: you can't open curtains as the view outside not very good.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Really excellent welcome. Answered every question, arranged for us to access room early (very much appreciated after long flight from Australia). Arranged early morning taxi to airport at set fee.
Cons: All very satisfactory. No issues at all.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location is king. But here is only about location.
Cons: This is not properly an Hotel. In my country you certainly could not brand it as an Hotel. These are just few rooms above a pharmacy. services are zero. you just get the key of the room and an access code to enter the building. for the price you pay it looks like too much to me.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Convenient location with keyless building entry. The rooms were large and had all necessary amenities. Staff was welcoming and the rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. Cold mineral water is provided free on the first floor - great for filling your bottle before heading out on a day trip to the desert!
Cons: Bed is "king size" which is actually two twins pushed together. This is fine, but strangely the comforter was not large enough for a king (it was probably meant for a smaller bed). This meant some cold toes at night! Not a huge issue but probably worth correcting for the "king" suites.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: There were none offered.
Cons: Non slip pads on shower floor for safety. Fall prevention.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Very nice staff I lost my wallet in my room and they called me back the day after to manage the sending to me. Thanks a lot
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was comfortable, strong WiFi, great lighting, location, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Room was clean and well located.

Excellent 8.8
Pros: Location is fantastic. Everything is clean and perfectly maintained The sky deck is great Fantastic breakfast!
Cons: The lady at reception had an attitude We expected more from the more expensive room we booked. The window was very small and that made the room a bit claustrophobic, and not great value for money
Okay 5.0
Pros: Meals was good
Cons: Unfriendly personel. Bad manager- employees don't know how to work. Sauna without place to cooling, eaven shower. I don't recommend.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Great location right by the beach, nice rooms, great breakfast buffet. Nice happy hour as well. Didn't have time to check out the pool as it was a business trip.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location to the beach was great. A short taxi ride to Jaffa. A short walk to the Port with tons of shops and restaurants
Cons: The front desk kept telling us there was nothing open because of Shabbat. We found a lot of stuff open in Jaffa and then found the Port full of activity later at night
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Clean, very clean. Nice staff, very often helpful. Nice happy hour on the roof of the hotel. I had a very fresh room facing north ..
Cons: Everything was all right except the waiters in the dining room; obviously that was not their job and same for the manager of the dining room. Dinner was not always served and this is disappointing, since it can be annoying going out for dinner every evening. Much to work on this.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Great location Great breakfast. Best in Israel.
Cons: Small rooms!
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Great location, right next to beach. Excellent breakfast. Nice room.
Cons: You had to leave the room key in thr wall for power to work (so you cant charge things if you're not in the room)

Pros: Room lovely and clean. Great view. My daughter got a room overlooking the car park. She went to reception and she to them and they changed her room to a lovely room with a good view. The hotel is incredibly busy and the staff still manage good service. I enjoyed our stay

Pros: great location nice pool nice view from the rooms good wifi great breakfast buffet
Cons: rooms smelled weird 7$ for a small bottle of water overall poor value for money in my opinion
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The breakfast is fantastic and everything one would want. They have recently renovated the breakfast room and it now exceeds all expectation. The position is superb and that in one of the reasons I like this hotel. The staff were kind friendly and more than helpful and welcoming.
Cons: Nothing!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Room was very comfortable. Pool is beautiful and location right by the beach is great. Place has a great vibe
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything! This was the perfect place for our honeymoon.
Cons: N/A
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Property in great location - easily accessible - right on 2 of Tel Aviv’s best beaches and the pool is brilliant. It may look a little ugly from the outside, but is smart and well furnished inside. Our room was excellent. All the staff are very friendly, attentive and welcoming. Highly recommended if you want a well run bigger, as opposed to boutique, hotel.
Cons: Not a lot. The bars feel a little old fashioned, especially the pool bar which feels more like a kiosk than a proper pool bar.

Pros: New breakfast staff & manager, very nice very cool, service was bad last year, but with the new team very nice
Cons: noisy people around
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Nice staff, great location, good breakfast. They upgraded us on arrival which was a nice touch!
Excellent 8.8
Pros: From a friend
Cons: Actual street is very busy, hence main entrance always blocked by cars and it ruins initial impression of the hotel.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The hotel was pretty nice for an extended stay. It's walking distance from the beach. The Room was rather large, comfortable and clean. I really liked that every room as a nespresso coffee machine (much better than the drip coffee machine you get in the US).
Cons: The service in the hotel was really average. It takes forever to order a coffee or a juice in the morning at breakfast, the staff pretty much ignores you. The showers in the bedroom have an issue. Their design makes it really hard to not flood the bathroom every time you take a shower
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The breakfast was amazing! We loved the variety and the freshness. It exceeded our expectations. We loved the location. There are lots of restaurants and bars in the area and the hotel is very close to the beach. We would definitely stay there again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was amazing and the location was convenient. The staff though made the place! I would not recommend the breakfast place. Had a nasty case of fruit flies and no coffee for Shabbat.
Cons: The breakfast breakfast buffet was not good
Okay 5.4
Pros: Good location
Cons: Room at the 6th floor - just under the restaurant above - very noisy, poor soundproof. Construction in front of the room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Didn't have breakfast. Staff were fantastic and location great. Loved the size of the suite.
Cons: nothing
Mediocre 3.3
Cons: Nothing, expensive, not the value for the money, they change our rate, our room, and you BOOKING are the same, I will never use your service again!!! You post fake photos
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Top locality - the hotel is 1 minute from very nice Tel Aviv beach, you can enjoy bars on the beach, restaurants and high level background. Breakfast was also very good and various. Staff helpfull and kind.
Cons: The hotel was a little bit older than I expected. Ta view from hotel is terrible, because in front of hotel is a big hole in ground - pobably some construction site.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: awesome hotel: location near the beach, nice apts, awesome service and personnel.
Cons: pretty pricy parking

Pros: Best location in north Tel Aviv
Cons: Not the cleanest. Always feels dusty.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The location right next to Tel Aviv Port is amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable. The toiletries smelled fresh and clean. Kettle in the room with coffee and tea provided. Nice view of the sea.
Cons: The light on the air conditioning unit was bright during the night with no real way to cover it up. The housekeeper missed cleaning the coffee/tea area one day.

Excellent 9.6
Pros: Reasonable price and nice room. Excellent beaches, restaurants and boardwalk nearby. There are many great things to do near the hotel so it's very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. They helped me keep my luggage for several hours while I went and walked around the area and enjoyed the day.
Cons: I asked two days in advance for a late checkout on Shabbat. I was told that they needed the room and it wasn't possible. When I came to pick up my bags several hours later there were two different other customers that checked out late that day. I'm not sure why I was treated differently.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The hotel is situated near the port and is well connected with the rest of the city by numerous bus lanes. The rooftop terrace is wonderful and cozy, and, if not crowded, a perfect place to relax or work. The breakfast was nice, although with limited options. The coffee was great! As were the unlimited supplies of cookies throughout the day free of charge. Towels were replaced regularly, and the stocks of shampoo and shower gel replenished daily.
Cons: Windows in the rooms cannot be opened which leaves a feeling of heavy air. Breakfast starts from 7:30 which can be an issue if you have to go early from hotel for work. However, hotel offered take away breakfast.
Okay 4.5

Pros: Centrality of location
Cons: Narrow bed.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Room was large and very comfortable. Shower was AMAZING! Breakfast buffet had a very large variety of options - hot items, fruit, cereal, cheeses, salad, etc. Someone was there to check us in at 1am which was very appreciated. Nice park across the street for families.
Cons: Location is kind of far away from many Tel Aviv attractions, but would be fine with someone who had a vehicle.
Okay 4.6
Pros: good building and bathroom .
Cons: room had very annoying smell of chemical substance, not clear whether it was cleaning material or pesticide . they moved me to the next room which also had that smell although weaker . very suspicious that they happen to have two room next to each other with same problem and they moved me from one to the other .
Excellent 8.3
Pros: breakfast is very very very good.the location is very good. near the park, near the bach, near the city!
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Clean location facilities
Cons: You need to bring your own shampoo and conditioner and there isn't enough soap
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Good position, abundant and very good breakfast, cleanliness, park in front.
Cons: Nothing negative to say :)
Okay 4.6
Pros: It's clean
Cons: They told me breakfast was until 9 30. I arrived at 915 and they said it's closed. So basically it's a con and they don't offer what you pay for
Good 7.1
Cons: There was nothing not to like but nothing outstanding either
Good 7.9
Pros: Breakfast is very good!
Good 6.7
Pros: View of Hayarkon Park and River from our window was very pleasant. Breakfast was generous and tasty
Cons: Bath Towels were very small. Not big enough for two showers. Television screen very small.

Okay 5.4
Pros: the position of the hotel at the old port
Cons: breakfast was mediocre some mornings no tables were prepared or no cutlery or cups available no fresh fruit at any time during our 11 day stay and the selection of food was inadequate also the dining room is in the basement so no windows no proper facilities in the hotel just a reception area and some sofas there is an outside seating area at the back but there was a dog there and also a car parked so not very inspiring wash basin wasn't cleaned some mornings probably too much trouble to move our toiletries so they can clean no wash line in the bathroom so nowhere to hang up swim wear and beach towels to dry plug in the wash basin let the water run out so had to leave the tap running to shave
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Clean comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, very attractive location, good breakfast
Cons: A bit loud from the street outside in the morning, same things for breakfast every morning (good stuff though :-))
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great people and good breakfast
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The location is fantastic! The staff was very kind and the room was clean.
Cons: The breakfast was very basic, the shower should be more maintained.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Not bad
Cons: Not something in mind
Excellent 9.6
Pros: I would like to thank Saul and Ruven for the incredible attention and support they offered us when we decided to change our plans. They did everything in their power to allow us to have a dream time. And thank you Emilio also for your welcome and help on our first day. I highly recommend the Armon Hayarkon Hotel
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The cleaning lady was very friendly and did an excellent job.
Cons: The sea view need to be better descriped - you have to open the door to a small hallway and then you can see the ocean - but not straight from the bed.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The hotel offers an excellent breakfast! There are fruits and different breads... The hotel Team are Very attentive! I really recommend the Armon Hayarkon Hotel!

Pros: The staff at the hotel were very helpful and couldn't help us enough.
Okay 5.1
Pros: Not expensive
Cons: Very out if the way, far from Tel Aviv. Very small rooms. The place was almost empty but they gave us a room with absolutely no view.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Location is excellent. 2 minutes walk to the beach. Swimming pool is very nice Very good breakfast Staff are very helpful
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The breakfast was very good. The room was spacious and the bathroom very luxurious.
Cons: The reception staff was very strict about the no-guest policy. My parents live next-doors and wanted to join us at the swimming pool for the afternoon but were not allowed to. Instead we went to their swimming pool, which is as good, but that made us think about whether it is worth paying for a hotel with a swimming pool.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Breakfast is OK
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The room was not big enough for 4 people. The description of the hotel was way off. There was no beach access. We were charged $750 for 2 nights that the hotel quoted us for $225 per night we were charged taxes and fees even though international guests do not pay taxes for hotel stay. We assumed that kayak had better rates than the hotel but we were apparently very wrong. Sadly we will not recommend kayak to anyone.

Good 7.5
Pros: This is a modern and clean hotel. It has few amenities but an excellent pool. Everything is new and shiny. The rooms are large and the balconies impressive. The beaches are clean and uncrowded too.
Cons: The area is a new development so there are few restaurants around and fewer shops. There is no direct access to the beach but it is only a short walk. The beaches do not all have lifeguards and swimming is forbidden without one present. That is foe good reason as the waves can be strong and there are many hidden stones.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Ditto.
Cons: Rooms a bit small.
Mediocre 3.7
Pros: Location
Cons: The staff does not know how to tend to customers. I left my AMEX card on the desk at the counter and I called to tell them and before I could even finish asking if he found it he said he doesn't have it. I proceeded and asked if he could please check before he says he doesn't have it then finally he checked after 3 phone calls to the front desk. The staff does not care about its guests and overall customer service lacks tremendously. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
Good 6.7
Pros: The room was clean
Cons: Breakfast was limited and not fresh looking
Good 7.1
Pros: Breakfast was great and very varied/ The dining room staff held it together despite having a LOT of guests to deal with' who were almost all Israeli, too... not easy' but they did well. Also, there is a roof pool - small, and way too packed when the hotel is full' but a total bonus if you go before noon. Just outside the hotel there is a scooter bike rental station. We had so much fun riding along the beach.
Cons: The room smelled weird - musty - maybe a problem with the drain or air conditioning... Also' the elevators did NOT handle the fully booked weekend. We chose the stairs quite a lot but we were 'only' on the 6th floor. People on the 11th floor didn't really have that option. The pool was great but small' and sadly closed at 7pm so no sunset dip :(
Poor 1.0
Pros: Leaving.
Cons: The reception staff were sullen and disinterested. It was an effort for them to get off their mobile phones to answer questions. Breakfast was a shambles. This hotel caters for tour groups. It was common to join a queue of 15/20 people just to get a cup of tea. Finding a table was difficult as the breakfast room was always crowded.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Amazing staff!!!! And location!
Good 7.0
Pros: The breakfast was fantastic and catered for all nationalities. Very impressed. The pool was lovely and the area on the roof gave a great view of the area. The beach is a five minute walk and plenty of restaurants are within walking distance although they are very expensive. The staff were really friendly and accommodating.
Cons: It was what it was. The area was pretty good although would have liked to be a little closer to the old town, but to be fair it was pretty good. If this is all I have to moan about then it cant be that bad. The only thing I would say and its not really a dislike; I did find the hotel a little tired in parts even though its had its recent upgrade. Don't let that put you off though.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Pleasant hotel. Has business people, travel tours and families on the weekend. Breakfast is good. Location is good - 2 blocks to the beach. Hotel is clean and rooms are ample size.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The staff was polite ,great breakfast!!!
Good 6.8
Pros: hotel is in a good location breakfast is excellent but i expect at least the carpets to be clean when you walk on them in the room .
