Noisy room noise coming from outside if anyone walk or talk behind the door even from lobby which is one level down, no lift, breakfast poor

Location is good, that is the only good thing.
The worst ever breakfast I experience in my 4 star Hotel Experience. It is cold, very less options, tasteless food. No live cooking, no vegetarian food options, and same food items for 7 days of my stay. Totally disappointed with the Breakfast. Hotel staff is not welcoming, no smiles, no greetings to guests. Cleaning is not done properly during my stay.

Wifi is very good and super fast. Hotel location is great. Rustaveli Street, Liberty square mall and all visiting places nearby. Metro station just 100 meters away.
I booked two rooms for my family. One room was very small.
