Cons: I paid for a window seat through your website. When I arrived at the gate I saw that I had a middle seat. China airlines stated that they do not honor outside booking seat request. It was very uncomfortable for 16 hours.

Cons: Food. Duck breast was tough and almost inedible.

Pros: The crews were attentive, hospitable.

Cons: The same as above. Even sitting on Comfort seat, it's not comfortable, there's no place to keep belongings, next to toilets.

Pros: The crew was so helpful and they feed us well. We relieved a snack, a meal, and a desert. The airline left on time and arrived early to my destination. Very enjoyable flight.

Cons: I requested a vegan vegetarian meal and did not get it. I had to do with the regular meal which had a lot of dairy products to which I am allergic to. The space between rows of seats. It was really crammed in Economy and we are a petite thin family!

Pros: Amazing crew, great customer service and high level quality plane, despite only 1 hr travel, they served small breakfast and chocolate

Cons: Despite the fact I bought my tickets with 1 hand luggage + 1 personal item, they forced me to dispatch my hand luggage stating flight was full, I refused and they said they could not allow me to board. Felt my rights violated, I HATE to dispatch luggage... and in the end there was space left on the airplane luggage storage areas. Not nice

Cons: Seats in economy class were small, but most airline economy class seats run small and are uncomfortable for longer flights.

Cons: For extra bag their website says $200 per 50 lbs I was charged $250 instead for 50 lbs excess baggage. Food was terrible and coffee served was cold.

Cons: The flight left the gate an hour late without giving us any explanation, I missed my connecting flight. The airline did offer a hotel to stay in, but no other apology or explanation was given to about 15 of us who missed a connecting flight.
