Convenient and affordable. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast had a decent selection. Bed was very good and room was spacious.
Eating area should be twice the size. A small fridge in the room would have been nice. The fellow who checked us out in the morning was in the middle of a heated discussion with someone and after hanging up, turns to us and greets us with, "What's up?" No good morning, nothing and as we left, there was no "have a nice day", "safe trip", "bye", just silence. Bottom line, he was not friendly at all. He was also playing with his cell phone as we had passed him on our way to breakfast earlier and never looked up to greet us or anyone.
We didn't realize the check in time was 4:00 and we had a wedding at 4:00. We had driven from Bellingham and needed to shower and get ready, and they didn't even come to the front desk to tell us we couldn't do an early check in, the customer service was horrible. They also wouldn't help us figure something out in a city we knew very little about. I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff was very friendly. The front desk girls and maids were very hospitable. If it hadn't been for them being so accommodating I would not recommend staying there.
I really felt like the room wasn't very clean. I could tell my sheets weren't changed either night I stayed.
Inspected my room before settling in and found evidence of a bed bug infestation. Mattresses also had mystery stains all over. When I went to inform staff of the problem, they didn't ever try to argue with me which tells me they already knew of the problem.
There were people coming and going from the room next to us all night. Need better security in halls.
The room was very old, dated, and falling apart.
Breakfast was good.
They need more space for breakfast and seating.
Overall look of the motel was nice!
The next day I had bug bites on my back, arms, legs. It was horrible. It was the first time I endured such a bad experience as the weekend of Hoopfest in Spokane would have been great, except for the bedbugs.
